 Verified This house just outside of Grandbury was such a wonderful spot to getaway but also still be close to town for fun spots! We got away for the bride to be’s getaway weekend!!! Hallie was a wonderful host, super responsive and gave some great suggestions for the area! If you are looking for a great place in the Granbury area, stay with them!

 Verified Great house. Kids loved it. House had all the amenities we needed it. One thing to consider though, house had sliding barn doors for bedrooms and bathrooms. They do not have locks. Something to keep in mind with little ones running around.

 Verified This was the best place we have ever stayed as far as Air B&Bs! The property was clean, quiet, easy to locate and the communication with Hallie was excellent!  Verified We had our daughter, her family and our son with us. It had a great division of spaces for our granddaughter to play and for the adults to hang out. Enjoyed fishing from the dock. Weather was too windy for the kayaks but still enjoyed it.  I really enjoyed the kitchen! (My happy place). It had plenty of bathrooms which made getting ready for a wedding we were attending much easier.  Definitely recommend if you want a relaxing and fun weekend with a group to just relax and have some fun.

 Verified The house feels like new from inside. Very beautiful contemporary renovations. The kitchen / living room space is huge and super comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. The bunk room was perfect for the kids full of games, tv/lounge space within the bedroom. We didn’t use much of the outside features. Communication with the host was excellent.

The lake views were beautiful—especially in the mornings and at sunset—and having easy access to the water made the whole experience even better.The management team truly stood out. They were extremely responsive, helpful, and made everything from check-in to check-out completely seamless.  Verified Hallie’s place was cozy and inviting, with a fantastic setup for kids. The sleeping arrangements and game space were perfect, with plenty of board games and a really fun ping-pong/air hockey table. The bathrooms were spacious and lovely, and the high-tech fridge and modern kitchen made cooking a breeze. The TVs were large and in every room, which made for great movie nights. The back porch overlooking the lake was a beautiful setting, and we enjoyed a fantastic sunset. We even caught a largemouth bass right off the dock. It was rainy so we didn’t get to use the outdoor equipment. However, we made a lot of use of the indoors, which was comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully set up for families.  Verified We loved our stay it was perfect for kids and adults, it was such a beautiful home!From floating in the river, kayaks, and the paddle boat. Even the deck out back was beautiful. It had everything we pretty much everything we needed. My daughter got stung by several wasps, every neighbor around the air bnb were so nice they all brought medicine for her!

 Verified We loved our stay overall! Hallie was super sweet, helpful, and gave us tons of recommendations before we got there! Most everything was about 15 mins from the house- Granbury beach, downtown, HEB, etc. The house is in a cute neighborhood out in the country, and the view on the deck is so nice! The kitchen was beautiful and had paper products provided on top of the usual kitchen essentials which was wonderful with kids. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms had great water pressure and hot water! The best part though was the bunk room! If you have young kids, this is a kids paradise- books, games, toys, bunk beds, pool/air hockey/ping pong table, etc. We did not get in the river, but we did enjoy grilling and sitting on the deck. We had a wonderful trip and look forward to returning in the future! Thank you Hallie for everything!

 Verified We spent Father's Day weekend here, and it was the perfect place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway for my husband and our three boys. The highlight of our trip was kayaking on the Brazos River! It was so beautiful and fun to get out on the water and explore. We also loved the easy access to the river for fishing and the fenced-in yard for our mini dachshund. The house itself is gorgeous, spacious, and open. We enjoyed making family meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and my husband loved the Blackstone grill. There were so many little details (like the toys for younger kids, the bunk beds, and the family games) that made our stay extra special. What an amazing home! We had a great time and can't wait to come back!
